Wow! It has been so long since I have last updated this blog. Sorry everyone! So much has been going on lately that I haven't had time to write. But tonight, I do.
School has been going really well. My favorite class is band, even though I really can't stand my teacher. I just love music. We are doing a piece called "Mash the Trash" which is a percussion piece. He needed some cymbals, so, I set aside my flute for a while and became a percussionist... something I swore I would never be! But it has been a good time and I am making new friends.
This is a part of our robotics team presenting our robot to the school board. For our first competition, we got 12 out of 20. Which, for our little thing, I think is pretty good!!! For our scrimmage, we got 2nd!!! Unfortunately, it didn't count for anything... But we had a wonderful time!
This is me, Hannah and Wendy at Berklee College of Music. We went to the International Folk Festival. It was absolutely incredible!!! I am so glad that I went, and I can't wait to go next year! It was just so uplifiting.
